With a unique combination of senior executive experience in the areas of Performance Management, Communications, Marketing and Media, and Human Resources, combined with backgrounds in performance psychology, journalism and strategic business consulting, C3 Strategies, led by Leslie Hayden, blends business acumen to deliver the right solution. Our client experience across Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S., ranges from small innovative entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.

Leslie combines a PgD in Performance Psychology with a background in Journalism and Communications to develop resourceful and resilient strategic action plans to launch her clients forward.

She has worked in executive roles at creative agencies and client-side, across diverse industries. A former radio business show host and lecturer at The University of Technology, Sydney, with travel to over 65 countries, she now calls both Vancouver, Canada and Sydney, Australia, home.
